Actually, the only thing that would concern me would be if Margali threw out
all her spices and replaced them with salt and Splenda. THEN, I might be
concerned. Otherwise, I can just guesstimate what I want to use by smell-
although I will admit that I couldn't think of the name, "thyme" when I was
gifted with some home dried this weekend..... OTOH, I'd have had no trouble
choosing to use it in a chicken dish or an herbed bread.....
