Interesting thought, but as soon as you said MOO, I thought of those
irritating noises in upscale grocery stores that sound like a thunderstorm
while misting the vegetables, Chickens near the eggs, Moo's near the milk
isle, etc.  I do like the idea of horns making the noises of the different
birds as service happens, though.
