Now now... I'm not *that* silent... I do make the occasionnal remarks (or,
much more frequently, ask questions) about eastern european cooking :-))

(Although I haven't said anything in a while, I agree; classes have begun,
I have all those assignments to grade now)

I'll definitely be more talkative once I have a couple of feasts under my
belt, however. In the meantime I try and follow what's going on on the
list...

Now if I could only understand this thing about marzipan :-)))
