"Baruch HaBah" doesn't mean "Welcome to my home", at least not literally. It
means "Blessed are the comers" or "Blessings on those who come here".
Idiomatically, it may be used that way, but let's be accurate. Hebrew
doesn't have a single word meaning "welcome", only idioms that convey the
same thought.
