[Sca-cooks] Feast Cook Qualities

The ability to cook? :-) Actually, while the headcook needs to be
able to cook, I think the ability to organise a team, to be calm
headed when a problem arises (and they will), to be able to handle
the logistics involved and to inspire that team are more important
than being a spectacular cook. The ability to be able to work with
the event steward is also a plus.
