[Sca-cooks] Kentwell and Removes

Greetings.  Johnnae posted a lovely site: http://www.kentwell.co.uk/
I just visited it and discovered that they are calling "courses"....
tah-dah!  "removes".  So, I got out my citation and sent them a
polite post that "remove" dates from the 1700s and shouldn't really
be used when referring to Tudor courses.  I'm wondering if I will
get a response...
