Each time i think i'm finally going to make it to Pennsic, something
come up in "real" life... I can't even fantasize this year, since i
may have to move AGAIN (just moved in here about 1 year ago).

The land ladies who live downstairs are nice. But one of them may
want to move up here, so they only renewed my lease for 6 months...
so i won't know until the end of July if i'll be moving or not. I'll
have two months notice, which is generous (by law, they only have to
give me 30 days), but that falls right during the time all the
students at UC-Berkeley will be looking for a place.

This time a fine Western whine,
