CIA is NOT in NYC. It is in Hyde Park, NY, which is fully two hours north of
the city (82 miles from the Empire State Building). The only two culinary
schools I know *IN* NYC are FCI and the one formerly known as the New York
Restaurant School (I know they changed their name, but I don't remember what
they changed it to).
