-Point of intereting to note- it is my observation having read more cr*p
than I care to admit for my studies, and in the documents, the Normans have
two ways of referring to themselves. They will submit (grudgingly) to being
called French While They Are In England. While on the Continent, they call
themselves Normans.

I think this is very like how if I leave the country I refer to myself as
American. When I'm in the States, I'm likely to say I'm Oregonian (a sad
thing at the moment but true).
