It's not supposed to require a user name or password! If it was, I would
have posted them before inviting everyone to get it.

Others seem to have been able to download it with providing one. I'll have
to look into it [although I may not be able to do so until Tuesday].

I'd be happy to email a copy to anyone who was unable to download, although
it is about 560Kb.
