[Sca-cooks] Kentwell and Removes

I doubt the SCA had much to do with the common use of "remove" (except
within itself).  It is much more likely that some of the sources referenced
are Victorian and that because "remove" sounds "old tyme," the term was used
without checking the pedigree.
