[Sca-cooks] sourdough starter

if anyone does want a 'daughter starter" of my rye starter. let me know. it
should be fed only rye for the starter culture... but may be used in whole
wheat or rye bread no problem.

i have shipped this stuff ONCE
by mixing in more rye flour until it was nearly solid.. then having the
recipient add water until it "melted"
put on counter or in fridge if hot.
then draining off most of this the next day and adding in new rye and new
water... it seemed to recover fine.
