Thanks. Actually, I'm pretty embarassed about that: the person who wrote
the article is from my shire, and I personally think that other people had
much more impressive displays than mine. (You should have seen the
Elizabethan gowns next to me, or the lady with the hand-made boiling pot
which had a period quince stew, or ... wow, it was cool. If you go to
Pennsic next year, consider entering. Be aware that you won't have much
space, so you don't need to have a whole lot of things!

By the way, if you live in the EastRealm or nearby, consider coming to our
Artisan Exhibition next April, April 17, 2004, near Allentown PA.
Exhibitors can reserve either a half or a whole table (or you can get
together with others and have a group exhibit if you want!) The idea is
for artisans to stay with their work and discuss/explain to all comers...
Laurels and others give out tokens to items they especially admire!

"History celebrates the battlefields whereon we meet our death, but scorns
to speak of the plowed fields whereby we thrive. It knows the names of the
king's bastards but cannot tell us the origin of wheat. This is the way of
human folly." -- Jean-Henri Fabre
