I think she's talking about the dish made with paprika, 'paprikas[h]'.
(One of the few reasons I did regret not camping with my local group this
Pennsic-- someone's mother makes kick-ass Paprikash and I can usually
cadge a bit if I look soulful and loan spices the rest of the week...)
