Well, if Iasmin and Hauviette are willing, I'd like to consider such an 
article or even the class notes if they will stand alone without the 
class for inclusion in the Florilegium. Then you could get it there. :-)

Iasmin, there are these files in the FOOD section of the Florilegium, 
but I'm not sure that there is much there which will be new to you.
