I got this message earlier today. I'm forwarding this in case any of 
you might be interested. When we were corresponding back in June, she 
commented that her book "Presenting the Turkey: The Fabulous Story of a 
Flamboyant and Flavourful Bird, will be published by the Florentine 
publisher Centro Di in 2004. It will be in English and for distribution 
mainly in the US and UK."
