        I like to put a tablespoon or two of cottage cheese into the 
eggs-milk combo when I'm making scrambled eggs.  It seems to prevent the yellow 
slimies that you sometimes otherwise obtain.  Of course there may be a little whey 
collected in the bottom of the pan afterwards, but that just makes the pan 
easier to clean.
