[Sca-cooks] Period Foods: How to Fake It!

I'm not refering to real 'feasts' or banquets. Those are formal affairs that 
should have researched period foods/recipes. I'm referring to a personal 
lunch or off board table where you are only feeding yourself and 
family/friends.
