I am hoping so, as i *know* several other options, none of which i would 
wish on an enemy...

he will be there for 1 year on contract at a time, he is planning on 5 
years maximum, with a 1 month between each contract. he is trying to 
negotiate it so instead of a 10 day vcation at the 4 month and 8 month 
point he just gets it all at pennsic time.
