[Sca-cooks] mixers

I go over to Chirharts and use his kitchenaid to mix large batches of 
marzipan.  I like the clear plastic cover that locks onto the rim of the 
bowl to keep stuff from flying out.  Powdered sugar in the face is not fun.  
My daughter really likes to help make sausage over there too.
