My pleasure Cailte!  Glad to be of whatever service I can.  Gee, I can't

I used to have the same problem with folks not eating my stuff.  You have to 
force it on them by making the first strike.  These days though, I guess I 
am old hat because folks just dive right in.  That's as it should be.  It's 
a shame to waste the foods.
