qat'aif or kataifa..looks like uncooked shredded wheat? and i cant 
remember the name of the dessert either but i do know what it is..

hm, wonder what happened to the box of it i had in my freezer?

must check to see if there are any little mouse sized mittens and coats 
around after the cats catch one...
