Hi, gang.
The whole bicentennial year of the Lewis & Clark expedition is Pretty
Big Stuff in my neck of the Known World, as they traveled extensively in
Montana.
So my ears perked up considerably when NPR played a little segment about
this new cookbook based on foods that the people on the expedition might
have eaten.
Thought y'all might be interested.....
