SAECOND COURSE

Pork
Noodles w/butter & Herbs
Cabbages w/Leeks and Bacon (MY recipe! Preen...)
Spiced apples

Brussel Sprouts

Pears in Compote ?

Entrement

Orange Custard

Lunch:

Turkey
Bread, Butter, Cheese
Fruit ??
Cock-a-leekie Soup
Veg Soup (probably Lentil)
