If you'd like to take one of these books or a chapter or a collection of recipes grouped by some commonality and translate them, I'd be willing to offer a home for your work in the Florilegium FOOD-MANUSCRIPTS section.

The two files in there right now are from Brighid. These were from a Spanish
manuscript rather than an Italian one. Right now, these are just the
translations, although she had promised me the originals at one time.
