There are editions available. It's up on EEBO, and
microfilm. It was reprinted extensively through the
years through the EETS The Babee's Book etc, and in
facsimile by Walter Johnson. It was reprinted extensively
in almost every decade of the 16th century and well
into the late 17th century as parts of other works.

But at 160 pages there's more to this volume than
just de Worde's little book. And given what Peter
Brears has produced in the past this may well be
a volume that many of us will want.
