Yep, cucumbers. Pickled in Water, Salt, Verjuice (or a close approximation thereof) and dill.

I have 7 - 2 L canning jars full. Lets hope the people like them, or I will have pickles for quite some time.

and Olwen - it is in Atlanta, GA. It would be great to meet you, but maybe at Pennsics!
