[Sca-cooks] Dayboard for 100 help needed ASAP - Straightened out

The event is All For One, One For All, Parte Deux, held in Salisbury NC.
Generys and Girard from Raleigh (2 hours away) are coming and helping.  I am
extremely grateful for their help, as I think I would've torn my hair out if
I had to feast and autocrat all by my self.  No one else in my group is
truly interested in period food...  I tried to give a class on it once.  At
least my hubby and I ate well...
