[Sca-cooks] Aches and pains

Oy vey! Do I feel old.  I had to rescue a new mom and two kids
from a burning structure yeaterday morning and strained a lot of
muscles. Am I stiff all over!  Not something I need to do again soon.
The structure involved was my goathouse.  All the goats
are safe and not premature Barbeque.
