The food coop here in Olympia is carry some very nice organic Marzipan from
Sicily the brand name is BIA Stramondo.  The ingredients are organic
Almonds, organic raw cane sugar and organic vanilla. It is extremely
pliable. And is imported by Purely organic LTD.  www.purelyorganic.com.  PS
the coop sells it for less than the distributor quotes on it's website.
