I may have been mistaken about Caid, and Calontir, but:
1. In the June 7, 1975 Southwind (the Kingdom Newsletter) the Kingdom of Atenveldt included the following groups:
Atenveldt, Phoenix, Az; Ered Su., Flagstaff, Az; Tir Ysgithr, Tucson, Az; Caerthe, Denver, Co; al-Barran, Albuquerque, NM; The Great River, Las Cruces, NM; Varaszhegy, Boulder, Co; The Steppes, Dallas, Tx; Bearsfort (formerly Southmarch), San Antonio, Tx; Stargate, Houston, Tx; Misty Mountain, Montevallo, Al; Grey Niche, Memphis, Tn; Nytha Dhul, Nashville, Tn; Middlemarshes, Murfreesboro, Tn; (unnamed group), Raleigh, NC; Principality of Meridies (Tn, Ga, La, Fl); Draconia, Baton Rouge, La; South Downs, Decatur, Ga; Wyvernwood, Tampa, Fl; Iron Mountain, Birmingham, Al; Thor's Mountain, Knoxville, Tn; (unnamed group), Rome, Ga; Sirenia, Pensacola, Fl; (unnamed group), Gainesville, Fl; (unnamed group), Starkville, Ms; Chen Tri Khanate, Jefferson, La; Whispering Pines Khanate, Tijeras, NM; Khanate of the Firey Mt., Flagstaff, Az; and Khanate of the Blake Wolf, Phoenix, Az.  A map of Atenveldt from the same issue also shows The Forgotten Place (Clemson, SC).
 2. From the Extraordinary Commision on Boundaries and Branches, at the June 8, 1976 meeting of the BoD:
"The Domains of the Kingdom of Atenveldt : Arizona, Utah, S. Idaho (transferred to the West 4/13/76), New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida."

Later treaties traded bits and pieces of real estate, but at one time or another Atenveldt stretched from the Colorado River to the Atlantic Ocean, and from The Arctic Circle to the tip of Mexico.  (Yes, we did have a group in Mexico City that lasted a couple of weeks.)
A bit of further History, Atenveldt was the First Barony, named as such Dec. 7, 1969, and the first Principality (April 12, 1970).
