Cut 3 tart apples into julienne strips and add them to a combination of 3
stalks celery, thinly sliced, 2 tblsp finely sliced preserved ginger, 1 tblsp
finely chopped chives, 1/2 cp sultana raisins and a dressing of fresh lime
juice and honey.  This is an uncooked chutney so it doesn't last more than a
week.
