it used to be.. long time ago.. that Arizona had few of the typical pollen
allergens floating around.  after all, if you moved from , say.. New York
you wre moving to  a totally new environment.  one with few trees, hardly
any grass, none of the usual flowers...
unfortunately the people who moved there promptly *imported* trees...
grass.. flowers.. so now all you get is the climate benefits, the allergens
all got imported.
