I have a really good recipe for a gazpacho dip, with pita chips. Very
easy... And very tasty too. I know it's not southwetern...

Howdy,

My youngest is having a birthday party tomorrow and since I'm the one
in the family who cooks, I've been given the task of making the food
for the adults to snack on while the short people party.

Anyone have any good, easy party recipes? I'm looking for things with
a somewhat southwest flavor to them. I was thinking of things like a
black bean dip, corn quesadillas, baked brie in puff pastry with salsa,
etc....
