Selene wrote something about Chino and we-kill-it-you-grill-it endeavors:

And I, of course, being me, thought "Ka[h]lua with an 'aitch'...hm...pork
stewed in coffee liqueur in the hide...mmm...coffee-glazed pork is very
nice...this could work."  :-)
