Both. I should have put a smiley after the Dickens quote. I have
cooked five previous feasts, and worked in other people's kitchens,
so I know that my problems were ordinary ones.

They were. Prior to that course, they'd had stewed chicken, roast
lamb, sausages, salmon, and various side dishes. And the servers
were bringing back good reports from the tables. I was just a bit
peeved that my long-awaited feast was not going perfectly, as it
had so many times in my head. I knew people were full and happy
and pleased with the food.

Today, I am feeling quite content, and am amusing myself with
ideas for the Mudthaw dayboard.
