Thank you, Master Chirhart.  This experience certainly taught me
some lessons, and encouraged me to learn more.

In making my feast report, I left out one very important thing -- the
thanks I owe to many, many people on this list.  To all those who
patiently answered my questions and offered advice and support,
thank you so much!  Without the lessons I have learned from the
good folk of SCA-Cooks, the feast could not have gone as well as it
did.
