[Sca-cooks] Thank you to Bear and Liadan

You're most welcome. There were a handful of souls who braved the tonal
monotony of my pedagogic style to let me practice being the personable
lecturer. You're probably better off for not having attended.

Congratulations on your AoA and a smoothly handled event.

It was fun to talk on "Breads of the 15th and 16th Centuries" and reprise
"Papas and Batatas: Potatoes and the SCA Feast." Your event gave me the
oppotunity to revise some things and expand the bibliographies. Another
revision and they should be ready for general use.

I did have an enjoyable moment when I walked into Liadan's class late. She
had a group of inexperienced attendees in her class and she thought she was
going to be able to skate. <Evil Grin>. Afterwards, I told her she now knew
how I felt when Mary Ella Milham walked into my lecture at the first Serve
It Forth! symposium.

So when's the next event you're running?

Bonne Chance

Bear
