Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery?  Sure, I can't got through
most any cooking day without a 1st degree burn or cut somewhere, but
that doesn't mean that YOU have to start doing it, too.  And, I've never
gotten stiches!  Let a doctor or nurse looking at it tell you if it
needs 3-0 silk or not.  They might be able to simply staple or glue it
for you.
