[Sca-cooks] Vegetables, was Tuna, tuna, tuna

Some folks (was that Brangawyna?) said to only serve 1 oz of 
vegetable per person. I know i serve a lot more than that at my 
feasts and most of it gets eaten. Is it a regional thing?

I serve a vegetable dish in almost every course and most of it gets 
eaten - i only get maybe 10 per cent returned, and for some dishes, 
such as spinach, there's never enough.
