[Sca-cooks] Our Cook's guild is off the ground

Me?  Teach?  At University?  You must be kidding.  I am not good enough or
smart enough to do that.  I may give some hands on workshops at some local
events, but I am basically not good at teaching.  You can just ask any of my
former students at the college I used to work at!
