[Sca-cooks] New List E-mail Software Issue

I notice that the new e-mail software strips "attachments" from 
messages. But it seems that perhaps, folks who get individual 
messages can actually see some stuff that doesn't get through the 
digest.

I say this because i sure didn't get Phillipa's message, just the 
header "How long can lentils last?" Yet the message shows up quoted 
in some responses...

Anyone notice this? Or is it just me.
