I'm reworking my Polish food material for part of a CA. The editor is
interested in some period recipes, and I'm thinking that perhaps I can
include some recipes from other sources for Polish foods or foods called
Polish.
I know some book has a Polish Sauce for Pike, can anyone tell me which
book? And/or suggest some other period recipes with 'Polish' in the name?
Also, I would like to include Platina's recipe for Hemp Porridge-- is
there a way I can do that without having to get copyright permission from
Milham?
