You are correct Sir... but I like to maintain the fiction.... or at least the

But I have a REAL kitchen and if something goes awry I get to choose the
repairman, or I get to decide if and whether we will replace or repair, NOT some
doofus who just wants to collect rent. That is difference enough for me.

When I think about all the things they didn't repair where we rented and what
they'll probably have to do to make it rentable now... ::maniacal laughter::

Heck, the online connection here is even better... And yes, the kitchen is
smaller than you might expect... but everything WORKS.... and we can expand,
maybe gradually, but still <G>.
