Hm... off the top of my head, things I've been working on that translate
well for potlucks, dayboards and so forth as you described:

- Strawberye
- Savory toasted cheese (in a crockpot)
- Armored turnips
- cold meat with mustard sauce
- Pears in Wine sauce
