[Sca-cooks] super simple cheesecake recipe

Here is a very quick and easy recipe suitable for cooking with kids.

1 pack cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar.

Bake in a graham cracker pie crust (either homemade or store-bought) at
350 about 35 minutes or until done.  This leaves enough "head space" on
top of the cheesecake for a can of cherry pie filling (or blueberry).
 Alternately, make mini-cheesecakes by placing a vanilla wafer into a
muffin pan for the crust (lined with muffin papers), top with cheesecake
batter, and bake 15 minutes until done.
