[Sca-cooks] Ancient Indian Food

Mistress Aibhilin of Skye from the Kingdom of Ealdormere has taught
previously on Ancient Indian foods and has done some papers
on the subject. She co-hosted the Second Known World
Bardic Congress and Cooks Collegium that was held last October.
She also spoke on the subject at the Midrealm Cooks Conference in
December 2001. She brought to my attention that with the internet
it was possible to buy a number of interesting and cheap
books now from India on the topic.
