A great Medici Roman feast was presented as part of the Second Cooks' Con
last year in Colorado Springs.  In between the courses, a lector read
selections of classical literature.  The recipes are in the Proceedings CD
prepared by Mary Morman.  The food was, by the way, great--esp the pork/apple
casserole.
