[Sca-cooks] Cheesecake

<<LOL>> You didn't see the entry I did at an EK event recently.  The event
was in HartshornDale so I thought an deer antler would be appropriate.  I
had about 4 pounds of marzipan around the house so I brought it out and
began what was supposed to be a smallish antler.  It ended up being over two
feet long!  ahhh....shapes, sizes, textures....no wonder I love playing with
this stuff...
