[Sca-cooks] quince marbled breads?

No recipe? I intend to take a nice breakfasty yeast dough, and roll it up
with a quince goo, jellyroll style (seal it shut REALLY WELL). Bake. Slice.

I've never tried it before, but if I can get it to seal so the goo doesn't
leak out, it should be pretty yummy.  I think it would also work well with
any other fruit goo, or garlic/cheese/chives mix, or whatever floats your boat.

I've already committed to my fellow campmates to make a savory breakfast
bread, that one will be part wheat part rye, rolled around chunked smoked
sausage and some sharp cheese, jelly roll style again.
